TGIF, Friends! How was your week? Our’s was just peachy, we went to have dinner with our daughter on Tuesday at our favorite eatery and we chatted about very serious stuff like Halloween and why zombies should wear suspenders. I told you it was serious. Wish you were there! This weekend our boys have a baseball tournament out of town, so we will be packing lunches and taking snakes snacks to stay within budget this month. What is better at a ball game that a nice PB and J? Ok, a hot dog, probably. Oh, I am so ready for the weekend – come on 5 o’clock!

  1.

You did great! I could not find any deals in the CVS ad that was worth braving the rain for this week.

Thank you for linking up your savings at the Weekly Savings Linky @ Frugality Is Free.

At first I was wondering how snakes were going to help keep you on budget (what do they bite you when you try to spend :P. Then I realized that is probably the funniest typo I have read today but I completely blame YOU. If you had not conjured up the image of a zombie wearing suspenders I would have never had to even question the snakes and could have gone about my merry little way.
Thanks for the Monday laugh and good luck with year end close, those are always a pita.

PITA indeed, especially with our network going in and out – awesome.
I guess if we took snakes we might not of had so many kids asking for a snack from our bucket… hmmm. Maybe I will pack some snakes next time… OH! Those Snakes? They keep my family in budget, no worries, stick your hand in, bwahaha.
