C and I took a trip to Randall’s this afternoon and stocked up on so much stuff that I couldn’t bare to set up and take the picture. The bottom line is we spent $82.26 and saved $82.63 [51%].

There are two great deals that we took advantage of:

Randalls Rio Deal

First, we bought the Rio DVD for $14.99 and received Orville Redenbacher’s Pop Up Bowl, Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies and Peach Snapple FREE [$7.57 value at my store]. This deal runs through August 16th, so you still have time to boogie on down.

The giant Snapple counted as part of the Beverage Event [$0.50 off each when you buy 10 or more participating beverages], so we purchased 9 more waters and sports drinks to get the $0.50 off each.

Second, we purchased three Freschetta pizzas for $20.97 – $6.00 Sale Price - $5.00 In Ad Coupon  when you buy $15 in frozen foods - 3 $1.00/1 = $8.97! There was a Mail In Rebate attached to one of the boxes – Buy 3 Freschetta Pizzas in one transaction between 8/1/11 and 9/30/11 and receive $10! WHAT! $1.00 Money Maker for three delicious pizzas? Score one for the H girls!

Randall's $10 Coupon

Finally, since we spent more than $75 in one transaction we received a $10.00 reward coupon [it looks like a Catalina] to use on our next trip… probably tomorrow since I forgot to get Diet Coke for my man.

Happy Shopping and remember to link up your weekly trips here – I love to see your scores!

It has been an exhausting week of running, running, sleeping, and more running. I can’t wait for next weekend to get here, Chicago bound for my third 1/2 marathon with B, C and by running buddy Mike. I am going to hit up Randall’s today [they are having a big Friday sale]; I was going to go this morning, but C woke up at the booty crack because she thought there was a war waging outside her window… it was the lawn mower.

Yesterday, I took C to the dermatologist for a mollusk on her leg, the doctor wrote us a prescription for a steroid creme that cost $682.99… ::gasp:: Luckily, she gave us a card to get the prescrition FREE.

So far, I’ve accomplished CVS, Walgreen’s and even Kroger [for the TP] and only spent $49.78!
